GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE HUB

Introduction

Welcome to our platform “https://thehub.mk/”  These general terms and conditions regulate your access and use of the services “Community Membership”, “Hot Desk”, “Dedicated Desk”, “Event Space” and “Private Office”, as well as the additional services through The Hub platform. By using these services, you fully agree to comply with these General Terms and Conditions which have the character of a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with these General Terms and Conditions or with any provision or part thereof, we kindly ask you not to access and not to use the services.

In addition to these services, these General Terms and Conditions will also mention and regulate the additional services “Daily Pass”, “Virtual Office” and “Tailored Solutions”.

What is The Hub?

The Hub is a trade company – Company for Trade and Services HABOT DOO Skopje, with its registered address at Blvd. Partizanski Odredi, no. 17, Skopje – Center, Company Registration Number 7697597, and by accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you are in fact concluding a Service Use Agreement with this trade company.

The Hub provides a working space (co-working space) designed for those on the go, looking for flexibility and a space to socialize.

The Hub provides the same co-working space by offering various solutions and packages, which will be regulated by these General Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms or with any provision or part thereof, you may not use the services provided by our platform.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE, WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO REFRAIN FROM USING THE WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THE PLATFORM https://thehub.mk/.

Description of the Service

The Hub has the right to use real estate – business premises located at Blvd. Partizanski Odredi, no. 17, in Skopje.

In these premises, The Hub provides working positions – a desk as part of  workstations in a shared working space (co-working space), as well as special rooms for events (designated as Event Space) and a special room for office work (designated as Private Office 1 and Private Office 2).

Service “Community Membership”

With the service Community Membership, the User, for a specified period of time, obtains the right to use a working position – a desk as part of workstations in the shared working space which is located on the ground floor or the lower level of the business premises of The Hub.

The Hub allocates this working position to the User along with accompanying inventory.

This service also includes the use of shared spaces – kitchen and toilet with accompanying inventory.

By using this service, you have the right to use the Wi-Fi internet connection, coffee machine, and printer.

With the service, you are also entitled to 5 hours of meeting room use as a complimentary benefit.

Right of Access to the Service “Community Membership”

You, as Users of this service, have the right to access and use it from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.

Condition for Using the Service “Community Membership”

The condition for using the service is a prior reservation of the specific working position in the shared working space through an electronic application on a first come – first served basis.

You, as Users of this service, have the right to daily access to the service no more than 5 times during each 30-day period, counting from the starting day of the use of the service.

Duration of the Service “Community Membership”

You, as Users, receive and pay for this service for a period of at least 1 month.

The payment and reservation can be made through our website https://thehub.mk/solutions/, whereby considered that you fully accept these General Terms and Conditions and entered into a legally binding agreement with The Hub for the use of the service, and payment can also be made by issuing a pro forma invoice by The Hub in case you do not do the same through the website.

In the event of the User’s failure to appear, i.e. failure to use any of the slots for any reason, the respective booked slot will be considered used.

Price of the Service “Community Membership”

The price of this service is displayed on our website and you, as Users, by reserving the service, fully agree to pay the price of the service in advance for each month of use..

After payment, The Hub will issue an invoice for the provided service.

If the User, in the current month, does not pay the full amount of the price in advance, the User’s right to use this service shall cease at 17:00 hours on the last day of the current month, and he/she is obliged to clear the premises of all his/her personal belongings upon leaving and to pay in full if he/she has caused material damage to the business premises or the accompanying inventory.

If the user does not vacate the premises from his/her personal belongings, he/she is obliged to pay a storage fee for each day that the personal belongings are left for safekeeping in the possession of The Hub, an amount equal to 2/30 of the monthly amount of the service, whereby after exceeding a period of 2 months from the date of termination of use of the service, The Hub is released from the obligation to further store the User’s belongings and they can be donated or handed over to persons of The Hub’s choice, and the User will not have the right to assert any material legal claims against The Hub for the abandoned belongings.

Service “Hot Desk”

With the service Hot Desk, the User, for a specific period of time, obtains the right to use a working position – a desk as part of workstations in the shared workspace located on the ground floor and lower level of The Hub’s business premises.

The Hub allocates this working position to the User along with accompanying inventory.

This service also includes the use of shared spaces – kitchen and toilet with accompanying inventory.

By using this service, you have the right to use the Wi-Fi internet connection, coffee machine, and printer.

With the service, you are also entitled to 5 hours of meeting room use as a complimentary benefit.

Right of Access to the Service “Hot Desk”

You, as Users of this service, have the right to access and use it from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.

Condition for Using the Service “Hot Desk”

The condition for using the service is a prior reservation of the specific working position in the shared working space through an electronic application on a first come – first served basis.

You, as a User of this service, have the right to daily access to the service on each working day of The Hub during every 30-day period, counting from the starting date of the use of the service.

Duration of the Service “Hot Desk”

You, as Users, receive and pay for this service for a period of at least 1 month.

The payment and reservation can be made through our website https://thehub.mk/solutions/, whereby considered that you fully accept these General Terms and Conditions and entered into a legally binding agreement with The Hub for the use of the service.Payment can also be made by issuing a pro forma invoice by The Hub in case you do not do the same through the website.

In the event of the User’s failure to appear, i.e. failure to use any of the booking slots for any reason, the respective booked slot will be considered used.

Price of the Service “Hot Desk”.

The price of this service is displayed on our website and you, as Users, by reserving the service, fully agree to pay the price of the service in advance for each month of use

After payment, The Hub will issue you an invoice for the provided service.

If the User, in the current month, does not pay the amount of the price in advance in full, the User’s right to use this service shall cease at 17:00 hours on the last day of the current month, and he/she is obliged to clear the premises of all his/her personal belongings upon leaving and to pay in full if he/she has caused material damage to the business premises or the accompanying inventory.

The User and The Hub agree that the payment for the Hot Desk service in cases where it should be calculated on a daily basis will be calculated in such a way that the monthly price of the service will be divided by the number of days in the month in which the service was delivered or should have been delivered by The Hub, resulting in a price for the service on a daily basis.

Service “Dedicated Desk”

With the service Dedicated Desk, the User, for a specific period of time, obtains the right to use  a pre-assigned working position with a designated number  – a desk as a part of workstations in the shared workspace located on the ground floor and lower level of The Hub’s business premises.

The Hub allocates this working position to the User along with accompanying inventory.

This service also includes the use of shared spaces – kitchen and toilet with accompanying inventory.

By using this service, you have the right to use the Wi-Fi internet connection, coffee machine, and printer.

The service also includes 10 hours of meeting room usage as a complimentary benefit.

Personal Equipment and the Possibility of Renting Equipment from The Hub

By using this service, you have the option to bring your own work equipment, such as a monitor, keyboard, and any other necessary equipment required for your work. Your brought-in equipment is considered personal property, and The Hub shall in no case bear any material or any other responsibility for the security of your personal belongings, including any liability for potential theft or damage of your personal belongings, that is, your work equipment. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BRING IN AND USE EQUIPMENT THAT MAY OR COULD BE HARMFUL TO THE WORK ENVIRONMENT, TO YOU OR OTHER USERS, AND/OR CAUSE DISORDER OR EXCESSIVE NOISE IN THE WORKSPACES.

If Тhe Hub, at the given time, is able to rent out equipment that you require for your work, you acknowledge that the said equipment is received in WORKING CONDITION and you are obliged, without delay, and no later than 2 hours after commencing the use of the equipment, to inform The Hub if you notice any irregularity in the functioning of the equipment. Any delayed notification shall be deemed an acknowledgment that the equipment was received in proper working condition.

Upon the handover of the rented equipment, you shall sign a record with a description and inventory list of the equipment received for work, and you are obliged to handle the said equipment with due diligence.

The Hub has the right to charge for the rental of the equipment, and the price and method of payment for each rented piece of equipment will be communicated to you before it is handed over.

Right of Access to the “Dedicated Desk” Service

You, as Users of this service, have the right of access 24/7, as long as the duration of the service remains active. If you have employees working for you during this working time, you are obliged to comply with the provisions of the Labor Relations Law regulating overtime, night work, and weekly rest. Depending on the activity you perform, you are obliged to inform yourself as to whether additional work permits are required for 24/7 operation from the local municipality and the State Labor Inspectorate.

Condition for Using the “Dedicated Desk” Service

There are no specific conditions for using this service, i.e., no prior reservation of a specific work position is required.

The work position is reserved for you, and you have the right to access and use it at any time.

You, as Users of this service, have the right to daily access to the service on every working day of The Hub, within every 30 days, starting from the commencement date of using the service.

Duration of the “Dedicated Desk” Service

You, as Users, receive and pay for this service for a duration of no less than 1 month.

Payment and reservation can be executed through our website https://thehub.mk/solutions/, whereby you are considered to have fully accepted these General Terms and to have entered into a legally binding agreement with The Hub for the use of the service.

In the event of the user not showing up, or not using any of the scheduled time slots for any reason, the same slot shall be considered as used.

Price of the “Dedicated Desk” Service

The price of this service is visible on our website and you, as Users, by reserving the service, fully agree to pay the price for the service in advance for each month of use.

After payment, The Hub will issue you an invoice for the provided service.

If the User, in the current month, does not pay the amount of the price in advance in full, the User’s right to use this service shall cease at 17:00 hours on the last day of the current month, and he is obliged to clear the premises of all his personal belongings upon leaving and to pay in full if he has caused material damage to the business premises or the accompanying inventory.

If the user does not vacate the premises from his/her personal belongings, he/she is obliged to pay a storage fee for each day that the personal belongings are left for safekeeping in the possession of The Hub, an amount equal to 2/30 of the monthly amount of the service, whereby after exceeding a period of 2 months from the date of termination of use of the service, The Hub is released from the obligation to further store the User’s belongings and they can be donated or handed over to persons of The Hub’s choice, and the User will not have the right to assert any material legal claims against The Hub for the abandoned belongings.

The User and The Hub agree that the payment for the Dedicated Desk service in cases where it should be calculated on a daily basis will be calculated in such a way that the monthly price of the service will be divided by the number of days in the month in which the service was delivered or should have been delivered by The Hub, resulting in a price for the service on a daily basis.

Service “Event Space”

With the Event Space service, the User obtains the right to use the dedicated event room, located in the lower level of The Hub’s business premises, during specifically pre-agreed time slots. The Hub assigns the space to the User together with the accompanying inventory.

This service also includes access to the shared spaces – kitchen and toilet – with accompanying inventory.

Right of Access to the “Event Space” Service

You, as Users of this service, are entitled to access and use the Event Space strictly within the pre-agreed time frame.

The scheduled time slots agreed between The Hub and you, as the User, may be modified exclusively with the prior consent of The Hub.

Non-Utilization of the Time Slot Due to the User’s Fault and Cancellation with Prior Notice

If you do not utilize your scheduled time slot for any reason attributable to you, and you fail to provide prior notice of cancellation at least 7 (seven) days before the scheduled date, the time slot shall be deemed used.

When the cancellation is made with prior notice, you are obliged, at the time of giving notice of cancellation, to immediately request a new time slot, whereby The Hub will provide access to a new time slot, provided that the requested time slot is not already reserved for use by another user or required for The Hub’s own needs.

If the User and The Hub fail to agree on a replacement time slot within 7 (seven) days from the date of cancellation, the User is obliged to request a list of available time slots from The Hub and to immediately select a new time slot from the offered available dates on the list.

If The Hub and the User do not agree on a new time slot within 1 (one) year from the date of the originally agreed time slot, the original time slot shall be considered used by the user.

Condition for Using the “Event Space” Service

The condition for using this service is the prior reservation of a specific time period on a specific day, by directly contacting the responsible employee of The Hub.

Duration of the “Event Space” Service

You, as Users, receive and pay for this service based on the specifically requested duration on the specifically agreed date.

Payment and reservation of this service cannot be completed electronically via our platform, and must be conducted through direct contact with the responsible employee of The Hub.

Price of the “Event Space” Service

The price for this service will depend on the number of scheduled time slots and their duration. The price will be communicated to you by the responsible employee prior to the confirmation of the time slots.

Upon payment, The Hub shall issue an invoice for the performed service.

Service “Private Office”

With the Private Office service, the user is granted the right to use a dedicated office space (designated as Private Office 1 or Private Office 2) located in the lower level of The Hub’s business premises, for a specified period. The Hub assigns the office space to the User together with the accompanying inventory.

This service also includes access to the shared spaces – kitchen and toilet – with accompanying inventory.

By using this service, you are also entitled to use the Wi-Fi internet connection, coffee machine, and printer.

Additionally, you are entitled to 10 hours of meeting room use as a complimentary benefit.

Right of Access to the “Private Office” Service

You, as Users of this service, have the right of access 24/7, throughout the duration of the service remains active.

In case of non-attendance by the User, i.e., failure to use the reserved time slots for any reason, the time slots shall be considered used.

The User may cancel the use of the service before the expiration of the agreed term by providing written notice to The Hub, no later than 30 (thirty) days prior to the cancellation date.

Condition for Using the “Private Office” Service

The condition for using the service is a prior reservation for a specific period of at least 1 (one) month, made through direct contact with the responsible employee of The Hub.

Duration of the “Private Office” Service

You, as Users, receive and pay for this service for a minimum duration of 1 (one) month.

Payment and reservation of this service cannot be made electronically through our platform. They must be completed through direct contact with the responsible employee of The Hub.

Price of the “Private Office” Service

The price for this service will be communicated directly to the user by the responsible employee of The Hub prior to making the reservation.

Upon payment, The Hub shall issue an invoice for the performed service.

If the User, in the current month, does not pay the amount of the price in advance in full, the User’s right to use this service shall cease at 17:00 hours on the last day of the current month, and he/she is obliged to clear the premises of all his/her personal belongings upon leaving and to pay in full if he/she has caused material damage to the business premises or the accompanying inventory.

The User and The Hub agree that the payment for the Dedicated Desk service in cases where it should be calculated on a daily basis will be calculated in such a way that the monthly price of the service will be divided by the number of days in the month in which the service was delivered or should have been delivered by the Hub, resulting in a price for the service on a daily basis.

Capacity of the Services “Community Membership”, “Hot Desk”, and “Dedicated Desk”

The maximum capacity for the services Community Membership, Hot Desk, and Dedicated Desk is limited to 1 natural person. In cases where there is the presence of more individuals than the stated maximum capacity, The Hub reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the respective service. In such a case, the User shall be obliged to cover all incurred costs related to the use of the service.

If the User provides the respective service for the needs of multiple natural persons, The Hub will provide additional working positions. The User is required to inform The Hub of the personal data of all individuals who will use the service on behalf of and for the account of the User. At no point will exceeding the permitted number of persons be allowed.

The Hub reserves the right, for record-keeping purposes, to request from the User and other individuals using the service on behalf of the User their personal data, including their first name, last name, and residence. The users shall be required to sign a Statement of Consent for the collection and processing of their personal data by The Hub, strictly for the specific purposes stated. The Hub may not process users’ personal data for any purposes other than those for which the users have given their explicit consent.

These General Terms and Conditions shall apply without exception to all natural persons invited by the User. The User shall bear full material responsibility in case of any damage caused by those individuals invited by them.

Capacity of the Services “Event Space” and “Private Office”

The maximum capacity of the Event Space service is 40 persons. In the event that the number of persons present exceeds this maximum capacity, The Hub reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the respective service. In such cases, the User shall be obliged to cover all costs incurred for the use of the service.

The maximum capacity of the Private Office service is 1 person. In the event that the number of persons present exceeds this maximum capacity, The Hub reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the respective service. In such cases, the User shall be obliged to cover all costs incurred for the use of the service.

Refraining from Mutual Harassment Among Users

As a user of the services, you acknowledge and agree that during your use of the service, there may be other users present within the premises. You are aware that on the floor where the shared workspace is located, there are also other office spaces whose users equally agree to refrain from any form of mutual harassment while using both the private and shared areas of the premises.

Users further declare and agree that under no circumstances and in no way will their behavior impede the normal functioning of the shared workspace, nor will they disturb or interfere with the normal activities and operations of other users.

Cancellation of Service Usage

Users may cancel their use of the service prior to the agreed end date, by providing written notice to The Hub no later than 30 days before the intended date of cancellation, provided they have initially agreed to use the service for a period longer than one month.

Ongoing Maintenance Costs

Ongoing maintenance costs include expenses for electricity, internet connection, heating, water and waste disposal, property taxes, and other communal expenses related to the use of the premises, as well as cleaning services within the building.

All ongoing maintenance costs are fully covered by The Hub.

Use of the Premises

The premises and accompanying equipment are handed over to the User in proper working condition.

Upon taking possession of the space, the User is obliged to immediately notify The Hub of any defective equipment included in the inventory, or of any damage to the premises or inventory. If the User fails to notify The Hub immediately, later complaints will not be accepted.

Upon the expiration of the usage period, or the conclusion of the service, the User is obliged to return the premises in proper and complete condition, as originally received.

Limitation of Liability

The Hub shall under no circumstances be liable for the security of personal belongings of the User or any third parties invited by the User into the premises. The Hub shall bear no responsibility for any theft, loss, or damage to the personal property of these individuals within the business premises.

The User and any third parties invited by the User may not submit any material or legal claims against The Hub for any theft, loss, or damage to their personal belongings.

The Hub will provide full support and assistance in determining the causes and responsible party for any damage that may occur.

Furthermore, The Hub shall in no way be held liable for any torts, criminal offenses, or misdemeanors committed by the Users or any third parties invited by the Users while using the services.

Event Notification and Hub’s Right to Cancel Events

Prior to holding an event within the premises under the Event Space service, the User is obliged to notify The Hub about the type and subject of the event, as well as the number of participants.

The Hub reserves the right to cancel the event at any time if its holding would disturb public order, violate public morals, or damage the reputation and integrity of The Hub, its employees, managers, or founders.

Conscientious and Responsible Behavior of Users
All users of the services of The Hub are obliged and must behave conscientiously and responsibly with respect to the specific space, common areas, and associated inventory within it, and are RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT OCCURS IN THE BUSINESS SPACE DUE TO THEIR FAULT OR TO A PERSON INVITED BY THEM.

Unilateral Cancellation of Service by Hub
In case a user uses any of the services offered by The Hub in a manner that would disturb public order, or if it would represent a violation of public morals or the reputation and integrity of The Hub, its employees, managers, or founders, THE HUB MAY IMMEDIATELY CANCEL THE FURTHER USE OF THE SERVICE BY THE USER. IN SUCH A CASE, YOU AS USERS WILL BE OBLIGED TO COVER ALL REMAINING COSTS OF THE SERVICE EVEN IF IT HAS NOT BEEN FULLY UTILIZED BY THAT TIME.
In any case, The Hub has the right to cancel the service to the User at any time without stating a specific reason for this, and will return the amount paid for the part of the service that the User has not used by the time the contract is canceled.

Additional Services – Daily Pass, Virtual Office, and Tailored Solutions
Daily Pass Service
If you do not want to commit to using one of our services on a monthly basis, you have the option to reserve a work position on a daily basis.
It will be available to you on that day from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday.
By using this service, you are entitled to use the Wi-Fi internet connection, coffee machine, and printer.
The service also includes 1 hour of meeting room use as a complimentary benefit.

Virtual Office Service
By using one of the packages in accordance with these General Terms of Use, except for the Daily Pass service, you have the option to use a virtual address for your business at The Hub’s address.
This service includes the ability to register your company’s headquarters at The Hub address, i.e., at Boulevard Partizanski Odredi, No. 17, Skopje.
The service includes registration of your company’s headquarters, collection of mail arriving at this address, distribution of the mail to another address if urgent, and other related services.
If you use this service, YOU ARE OBLIGED TO DISPLAY YOUR COMPANY NAME (OR ITS ABBREVIATED NAME) WITHOUT DELAY IN THE HUB’S BUSINESS PREMISES. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO, THE HUB WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PENALTIES OR VIOLATIONS IMPOSED BY RELEVANT INSPECTIONS.
When the use of this service terminates, you are obliged, within 30 days, to change the registered address in the Central Register and send The Hub a Decision on the change of headquarters, proving that the change has been made. If you fail to make the change in the Central Register in a timely manner, THE HUB WILL NOT HAVE ANY OBLIGATIONS RELATED TO YOUR MAIL AND WILL NOT BE OBLIGED TO RECEIVE IT AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR FAILURE TO MEET DEADLINES RELATING TO YOUR COMPANY.
The Virtual Office service cannot be used independently and can only be used as an additional service with any other package of The Hub, except for the Daily Pass service.

“Tailored Solutions” Service
With this service, we offer a customized workspace solution that will be tailored to your unique requirements according to the size of your team and business needs.
For this service, we arrange an initial meeting to review possible solutions, and if we assess that The Hub can deliver the customized service, we agree on all details, and the terms are included in the table in Annex 1 of these General Terms.

Reservation Method for Services
The Daily Pass, Community Membership, Hot Desk, and Dedicated Desk services can be reserved on our platform, i.e., our website https://thehub.mk/, where you will be informed about the price of each package per person for the duration and availability hours of the service and other benefits.
The Event Space and Private Office services can only be reserved by direct contact with the responsible employee at The Hub, where you will be informed about the price of each package and the hours of availability of the service and other benefits.

Access and Availability of the Website
The Hub reserves the right to refuse to provide a service or grant access to the website or profile of any person at any time for any reason. The end user acknowledges that although the internet is often a secure place, there can occasionally be interruptions in service or events outside the control of The Hub, and The Hub is not responsible for any data lost during transmission over the internet. While The Hub aims for the website to be available 24/7, the site may be temporarily unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to routine maintenance.
You understand and acknowledge that, depending on the circumstances within and beyond The Hub’s control, access to the website may be interrupted or suspended from time to time.
The Hub has the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the website, including but not limited to content, availability hours, and equipment required for accessing or using the site.

Copyright and Trademark
The site contains protected material, copyright, trademarks, and other proprietary information, including but not limited to text, software, images, video, graphics, music, and sound. All content on this site (“https://thehub.mk/“) is the exclusive property of The Hub. The Hub holds the copyright over the selection, arrangement, coordination, or modification of content as well as the content it originally owns. Any copying, distributing, transferring, posting, linking, modifying, participating in the sale, or otherwise altering the site or its content, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of The Hub is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights and may lead to civil and/or criminal penalties.

General Terms for Warranty
THE END USER EXPLICITLY AGREES THAT USE OF THIS SITE IS AT THEIR OWN RISK.
NEITHER THE HUB NOR ITS EMPLOYEES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, PARTNERS, OR CONTENT PROVIDERS WARRANT THAT THE USE OF THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR WITHOUT MISTAKES; NOR DO THEY GUARANTEE: RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USING THIS SITE OR ANY MICRO PAGE, OR THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THIS SITE AND ITS CONTENT, USER INFORMATION, OFFERING DETAILS, ALL OF WHICH ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE HUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, source code, and other files, are owned by The Hub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not independently use content and/or materials subject to our intellectual property rights, except with our explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE HUB, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR CONTENT PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
YOUR USE OF THE SITE, CONTENT, USER CONTENT, AND OTHER INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE SITE; YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE; ANY CHANGES OR REMOVAL OF CONTENT POSTED ON THE SITE.

Force Majeure
The Hub shall not be deemed responsible for the operation of the site in accordance with these. Terms of Use, to the extent caused or delayed, in whole or in part, by an event or series of events caused by:
– weather conditions or other acts of nature or force majeure;
– war, terrorism, civil unrest, or revolutions;
– embargo or quarantine;
–  strikes;
– errors or outages in computer hardware, networks, or software or other unforeseeable situations.

Nullity of a Specific Provision in These Terms
If a competent court or other state authority finds that any provision or part of a provision in these Terms is null or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of these Terms as a whole.
The null or unenforceable provision, if necessary, will be replaced by another valid or enforceable provision, aimed at fulfilling the purpose of the null or unenforceable provision.

Completeness of These Terms
Any previous negotiations, agreements, or contracts between you as users and The Hub are superseded by these Terms and do not form an integral part of these Terms. These Terms for use represent a complete legally binding Agreement for using the services, and any previous negotiations, agreements, or contracts are replaced by these Terms.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are subject to Macedonian legislation and will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Macedonia.
In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, it will be resolved through peaceful negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the local and competent court for resolving the dispute is the Basic Civil Court in Skopje.

Changes to These Terms
We may change or improve these Terms from time to time as necessary at our discretion.
If there are changes to these Terms, users of the platform will be notified in a timely manner about the changes, which they can read and familiarize themselves with through the preparation of a revised text of these Terms and the inclusion of the date of the latest changes.
If you continue to use the platform after changes to the Terms, you fully agree to those changes.

In the case where the contracting party is a legal entity, i.e. a company, the General Terms and Conditions and this Annex shall be signed by the manager of the company or an authorized person with a duly certified power of attorney. The Annex itself shall state the name of the company acting as the contracting party and the table shall list all natural persons who are users of The Hub’s services for whom the contracting party has entered into a contractual relationship with The Hub.

of General Terms

Report of equipment handover by The Hub to a service user using the “Dedicated Desk” service.

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Services, users of the Dedicated Desk service have the right to rent equipment from The Hub to use during their work if it meets their needs.

You declare that you receive the equipment listed below in the table in GOOD CONDITION from The Hub.
